Our NDIS supports
Clinical care and everyday support, from one team
Most participants need both a nurse and a hand around the house. Getting them from the same nurse-led provider means one care plan, one point of contact, and nothing falling through the gaps.
Nurse-delivered
Clinical nursing supports
Delivered by registered nurses, planned and supervised by our clinical lead.
Community Nursing
Clinical nursing in your own home — wound care, medication management, continence and catheter care, health monitoring and post-hospital support.
- Wound and pressure injury care
- Medication administration and review
- Catheter changes and continence planning
- Nursing care plans and staff training
High Intensity Supports
Complex care delivered only by workers assessed against the NDIS High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors, under registered nurse supervision.
- PEG and enteral feeding
- Complex bowel care and stoma support
- Tracheostomy and ventilator support
- Subcutaneous injections, diabetes, epilepsy and dysphagia

Not sure what your plan covers?
Send us a copy or read it out over the phone. A Registered Nurse will tell you what is genuinely available to you — including when the answer is that you need a plan review rather than a new provider.
